A few things to know, a few rules to follow…


  • Check-in: is at 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. You are checking into Unit #1, the entrance is the first door on the porch - there is a #1 next to the door. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first.

  • Check-out: Prior to leaving, please clean the living spaces, take out trash and run the dishwasher and put any towels and linens in the washing machine.

  • Illegal Activities: Do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

  • Extra Guests: No EXTRA ADULT or children, as overnight visitors. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know.

  • No parties or events. If there are issues or complaints authorities and Airbnb will be contacted for your removal.

  • Property Damage: Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.

  • Quiet Time: Please keep noise to a minimum from 9pm - 9am.

  • No Smoking: This is a no smoking house. This includes VAPING. This includes both the interior and exterior of the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied.

  • Parking: Street parking is available in front of the house.

  • Pets: Dogs are allowed but please pick up after your dog, dog bags are provided in the backyard. Your dog(s) must be well behaved and any damages caused will be charged to the guest. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed during a stay.

  • Kitchen: Please acknowledge that we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

  • Children: This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times.  All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.

  • TV: you can use the TV, Cable and Streaming services provided but please do not purchase any media. If media is purchased you will be charged.

  • Shared facilities: This is a unit within a triplex, the front porch and backyard are shared with one other unit. Please be respectful in these shared spaces. Help yourself to the furniture, hammock and yard games - however please do not use any personal items such as the grill or bikes. Fires are never permitted in the yard or elsewhere on the property.
